Important messages from the Headteacher
   

Jamie Oliver recently had a TV programme about Healthy Food. He said that schools should cook healthy food. He said that most schools do not have healthy food.

We think that our school has lots of healthy things for the children to eat. We visited Sainsbury's to take pictures of healthy fruit and vegetables. At first they didn't let us in to photograph the fruit and vegetables. Then they said to call them, and talk to the manager, he said "Yes".

Vitamins and Minerals


You should eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, because they are full of vitamins and minerals. Minerals and vitamins are the things in food that you need to keep you healthy.
